On behalf of the Fitzroy Harbour Soccer Club Executive, welcome to the 2010 season! With the warmer weather already here, and the season set to start earlier this year, it’s time to register.

This year you can do this by filling out the on-line form. Just go to the link http://www.fitzroysoccer.com/e107_plugins/survey/survey.php?1 and fill out the required fields and this will provide our registrar Kevin Norris with all the information needed to register you with the OSA.

You will still need to pay your registration fee to the club treasurer (Bob Green) before you can play. You can do this by sending either a cheque or money order to the following address:

Fees this year are $150.00 for all Recreational or Old Timer players or $125.00 for full time students.

We had hoped to have a direct, on-line payment system established with the Club’s bank but setup of this system will not be on time for this season.

In the mean time, please go ahead and register if you are intending to play, so we can get an accurate picture of the number of players in each team. If you have any new players interested in signing up, they can also contact the appropriate team contact (or any of the executive) - see http://fitzroysoccer.com/page.php?4 – and also fill out the online registration form. You are also encouraged to contact any of your club executive if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns.

WCSC/FHSC Merger Issue - Summary of Facts

These facts will be presented at the Special General Meeting, 7pm at the Kinburn Community Centre on Wednesday December 30th. A speech will be given for and against the possible merger with the WCSC. Please attend and cast your vote!!!

Proxy votes for those unable to attend will be allowed (1/active member in attendance). Please contact your coach, or any member of the FHSC executive to exercise this option.

The Fitzroy Harbour Soccer Club is having an SGM at 7pm on Wed Dec 30th at the Kinburn Community Centre on Kinburn Side Road. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on whether the FHSC should join the West Carleton Soccer Club. Come hear points for and against the proposal and cast your vote.

A fact sheet will be sent out asap. Please attend this meeting as it impacts the future of our club.
